Ace Wood Flooring sanded down this cherry floor in Frenchtown, MT and applied a new finish to it. This job was 100% dust free due to special request by the homeowner. The homeowners also left their furniture and belongings in place. Ace Wood Flooring is happy to accommodate special requests like these for an additional fee.

This is another property we worked on in Frenchtown. The elderly homeowners opted for us to remove materials for them. (Removal of materials is an additional cost.) Then, we arranged for the wood to be delivered. After the wood was delivered it sat in the residence to climatize for 7 days. Climatizing acclimates the wood to the unique humidity and conditions of the home. We also matched the already-existing wood to new wood being added to the floor. And, Ace Wood Flooring used a 15-pound organic felt paper between the subfloor and underneath the hardwood. This eliminates squeaking!
